As much as the club has obligations towards its members there is a quid pro quo and members will be encouraged to support the club and partake in as many events and activities as possible.
- Are required to understand and abide by the Society’s Safeguarding and Health & Safety Policies at all times. These Policies are available under ‘Policies and Documents’.
- Will be expected to air any particular grievances which thay may have in a timely manner in order to allow suitable remedies to be actioned if necessary. This regular feedback is essential and should in the first instance be communicated to the Member’s Rep (or any member of the committee).
- Will be expected to adhere to the guidelines for presenting prints for Competition and Exhibition (as set out in the Competition section).
The assets of the club are owned jointly by the members and in the event that the club is dissolved, these will be sold and the proceeds divided equally amongst those members having a current paid up membership at the time of the club closure.
