Nine members visited the Wetlands Centre on Monday 1st April. A beautiful sunny day found the wildfowl in good spirits with lots of activity going on. There were a couple of sets of ducklings – always a welcome sight, and Anne and Mary were fortunate to see a Watervole posing by one of the hides (see images below). All had a very pleasant few hours wandering around the site and a trip on the little boat that takes you around the reed beds. Thank you to Anne for organising the day and to everyone for their company.
