Six people visited a small village on the outskirts of Salisbury, for the Gurston Down Speed Hill Climb event where sports cars (and bikes) of various types attempt to get the fastest time from A to B from a standing start along a track that winds up hill to the finish point. Spectators have great access to view and try their hand at ‘panning’ and catch the vehicles with wheels off the ground. The venue has a very relaxed atmosphere and is a great day out for those who enjoy a bit of speed! One to visit again – below are some of our efforts, Dawn.
