Our latest ‘out and about’ took place on Wednesday 6th June when twenty one members met up at Longstock near Stockbridge for a private wander around the stunning Water Gardens. It was quite a bright day so the ‘contrasty’ light was difficult to deal with but as you can see from the images below some varied and colorful scenes were captured. Everyone enjoyed chatting and exchanging ideas (and lenses!) and the freedom to just take photographs with fellow like-minded people without the hoards of crowds (justifiably) seen at these gardens when open. We were very fortunate to have this opportunity – thanks to Mary for organising and to everyone for their company.
