Saturday 14th Feb dawned with some good and bright skies; though some of that had gone when we arrived at Welford Park. A first visit for many of us (and quite a considerable number of the rest of Berkshire it seemed), but the promise of carpets of snowdrops was certainly delivered. It was a very impressive display among the beech trees.
